Search and work with the target audience
During the first 2 months of work, the most suitable Central Asia in the markets of Europe, Russia, Asia was identified, the main target audience was:
- Architects and designers
- General contractors
- Companies engaged in BIM-planning
- Investors and developers
Through in-depth market analysis, a pool of most likely partners to cooperate with the company was identified, and unique TPPs were developed for each of the potential partners.
Working with a unique sales offer for each of the partners, who took into account the interests of partners in specific and most important areas for them, helped to conclude deals with 75% of customers who were originally part of the potential pool.
