We implemented MMS (the marketing management system), which included independent web analytics, corporate telephony and call tracking with speech analytics for elevated tone, DWH + BI, and a recommendation system based on machine learning packages. These tools made online and offline channel data much more reliable and significantly improved the marketing department work.
